Lydia Bradey is the first woman in the world to climb Mt Everest without oxygen and remains the only New Zealander to have climbed Everest without oxygen.  Lydia is an Assistant Climbing Guide (NZMGA) and guides both in NZ and overseas especially at high altitude. Lydia also works as a professional Speaker  covering topics ranging from Risk & Decision-Making in Extreme Environments to Recent Adventures.

Dean Staples has climbed Mt Everest nine times and was the first New Zealander to climb Everest from both the North and the South sides.   Dean is an IFMGA Mountain and Ski Guide and works climbing and ski guiding all around the world.  Deano's personal interest is filming at high altitude and on expeditions to remote and extreme locations.
